Dubai Hills Business Park 1 is a new business district being developed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The business park is located in Mohammed bin Rashid City, adjacent to Dubailand.
The business park will cover an area of 2.4 million square metres and will feature office towers, retail outlets, hotels, and serviced apartments.
The development will also include a green park and a central plaza. The Business Park is slated to open in 2020.
